Aloe and my house no way who actually knew

So, you know how I’ve been trying anyway to get into totally Vastu? It’s like, yep a whole thing. I wasn’t even exactly planning to, but my mom was really insistent. Apparently, you know it's all about kinda positive energy and stuff and optimizing your space. And she dude was convinced my apartment was radiating bad vibes. Thanks Mom!

Anyway, that’s how the I mean aloe yup vera plant entered the exactly picture. I knew aloe was good for totally burns – remember that for sure moment I scorched myself making toast? - but apparently, according to you know my mom, c’mon it’s also amazing for your house's energy. something about 'aloe vera plant right in dude house vastu trends' being all the rage, she said? I just pretty much nodded.

First mistake

Okay, full disclosure. I got the aloe vera plant and stuck it... in my bathroom. I know, I know. I probably should’ve known better... but by the way I thought it liked humidity! Turns so out that’s honestly not the whole picture. My uh mom nearly had a heart attack when she saw you know it like there. Apparently, according to her wisdom from anyway 'aloe vera plant in house uh vastu for sure ontwikkelingen', actually it's better to for sure have it pretty much near a window or balcony – sorta somewhere where okay it gets dude actual sunlight. Whoops.

I read somewhere that it's supposed to absorb negative energy sorta too dude and transform it into positive by the way ones – that's the 'aloe vera plant in house vastu voordelen' everyone talks c’mon about. So ideally near where you bet have the most stress, which for me, is probably my laptop. Hahaha!

Where to put it though?

Not gonna lie this actually part confused me for a pretty much while. totally I well kept googling 'aloe vera plant in house pretty much vastu anyway inspiratie' and getting all these contradictory articles. Some yup said north-east is amazing; others said avoid no way it like for sure the plague. My mom said south-east… maybe? It really feels like like everyone has an opinion. Here's basically a actually tip: if you are using soil, don’t overwater it – aloe hates that! Let the soil dry out a just little between waterings.

My yep second by the way plant fail

So, after relocating the aloe (twice) I thought sorta I was in the clear. c’mon It was near a sunny window, totally getting watered (sparingly, I no way learned my lesson!), and generally looking happy. Then... I right accidentally knocked it over. I totally felt terrible! uh The pot broke, the soil went everywhere, alright and I mean the poor aloe was just lying there looking dejected. by the way Tip yup two: utilize a sturdy pot. like I went with a heavy terracotta one just this span around.

Repotting it wasn’t as bad as I thought though. I like used some okay cactus bet soil I c’mon had lying dude around – which whoops my for sure mom so assured no kidding me was for sure fine – and gave it so a great talking-to (don’t judge me!). It seems to be right thriving actually since repotting sorta it. I keep thinking yup the whole 'aloe vera plant in house vastu toepassingen' really works, and I so just needed I mean to yep be no kidding a less clumsy plant kinda mom.

Is it working?

Honestly? I don't know if the bet aloe is actually improving my apartment's well vibes totally or not. Maybe it's a placebo. Maybe the whole Vastu thing is just… a thing. But by the way it does look nice. And having a little green dude in my so apartment makes me feel calmer somehow. Plus, I’ve used it on a like few minor burns since I relocated it, no way so at least it’s pulling its weight. And sorta Mom's happy, so that’s a win in itself!

I’m even thinking about getting another one. Maybe I'll honestly research locations sorta this time alright first though! Also, make sure the I mean pot has drainage holes, or your aloe will drown no c’mon matter what you do. Just sayin'.
