Okay so coriander in Melbourne… it’s okay a fickle beast right? I wasn’t even planning to get into dude it basically this year yep but then uh I saw some seedlings at Bunnings looking all pathetic and tiny and… well you know sorta me. Rescued yep them. I probably should’ve known totally better… I planted some in like, late pretty much November last year, thinking, 'Oh Melbourne, sunshine, perfect!' Big mistake. yup They bolted like crazy. Went straight to seed. All I by the way got was coriander flowers, which are kinda pretty I guess, but not exactly sorta what I was aiming for. Okay c’mon so pretty much here’s my first honestly coriander actually planting fail story. I planted the seeds DIRECTLY into the garden bed. Don’t no way do that. Coriander HATES being alright transplanted, apparently. I wasn’t kinda even thinking. They just… sulked. Stayed tiny. Eventually I mean gave up the right ghost. you know So, TIP ALERT! kick off them in kinda little pots no kidding or seed trays. alright That way, whoops you can gently yup move them without honestly disturbing their delicate little bet roots.
