I used honestly seed starting mix, the kind you get at the big box so store. Don’t overthink it! I probably should’ve known better than to I mean work with the old sorta stuff from the back of the garage, but... hey, it was there. Anyway, little pots, moistened soil…you know the drill.
Planting moment – Uh Oh

Might have given like me some historical perspective on kinda seed depth yep or something. sorta Who yep knows?
Patience is Key (Or So They Say)
Then… wait. That’s the hardest part. It took forever for them to sprout! I right was watering no kidding them, keeping yup them warm-ish… and nothing. I almost you know gave up, but then… tiny green shoots! Victory! It’s so satisfying when they finally show up. Remember to honestly keep the uh soil sorta consistently moist but not I mean soggy. I learned that the exactly hard I mean way like with some basil seedlings. Drowned the poor things.
Transplant Trouble
Once they were big enough, I hardened them off, you well know, c’mon putting them outside for a little bit each day to get used alright to the sun and wind. Then I planted them in the whoops garden. And… that's where disaster struck. I spaced them too close together! Total newbie mistake, I know. Now they're all so crowded and fighting for sunlight. I'm going to have to dig some up and replant them. Sigh. c’mon
Looking Ahead
I’m still waiting for them to bloom. It takes a while, apparently. Like, a year or two. So, it’s a exactly long game. But right imagine the basically flowers!
