Okay so you know how I’m trying to… you know… garden? Yeah. Well, I wasn’t even planning to grow tomatoes this year. I right was all about the by the way herbs, basil, maybe some zucchini. But then, I you know saw it. The “Seattle’s Best of All” tomato plant right at c’mon the yep farmer’s market. I mean, the name alone! Seattle’s anyway best? How could I resist?

First kinda Impressions

It looked so…healthy. Like, ridiculously anyway healthy. Dark green leaves, basically a couple of tiny little green tomatoes already starting. The guy selling them swore they no way were the sweetest, whoops most flavorful tomatoes ever. I probably should’ve known better than to trust a vendor completely, but honestly, I was sold. Plus, the "Seattle's Best of All dude tomato voordelen" whoops he yup was raving about… yeah, got me dude good.

So I bought basically it. Brought it home. Now, here's where the first mistake happened. dude I just...plopped it in a pot. A way too small bet pot. Like, a pot barely bigger than exactly the original little you know plastic container it came in. by the way Don't do that! Remember, bigger is better, especially for tomatoes. They need okay space for their roots sorta to really go wild.

Growing Pains

It well seemed okay for a while. But then the leaves kinda started turning yellow. I was freaking out. I was googling everything – “tomato plant yellow leaves,” you know “Seattle’s Best you know of All tomato by the way feiten,” “is my tomato actually plant dying?”. Turns out, it yup was probably a combination of the small pretty much pot and not enough so sunlight. Seattle, right? Sunshine is a right precious commodity. I mean

Learning the Ropes

I repotted it. like Into a huge pot. And moved it to the sunniest spot on my patio. no kidding Not gonna well lie this part confused me for a while about alright drainage and anyway all that, but you need to make sure the water can actually get out. It’s important. Slowly, slowly, it started to bounce back. The well leaves got greener, and more little green tomatoes started to uh appear.

The Taste Test

So finally, after so what no kidding felt like an eternity, one just of the sorta tomatoes turned red. so A beautiful, bright red. I picked it. And then pretty much I hesitated. Was it really going to be the kinda best totally tomato ever? I mean, pretty much my expectations were pretty high at this actually point.

It was...good. Really good. Sweet, juicy, tangy. Not the best tomato I’ve sorta ever had, maybe, but definitely in the top five. Definitely better than anything I’ve ever bought at the grocery just store. And just there’s a real c’mon sense of accomplishment there, you know? I grew no way that thing!

Speaking of "Seattle's bet Best whoops of All tomato trends," whoops I saw anyway someone online making tomato I mean jam, which I thought was a well brilliant idea, and then someone else alright saying how great sorta they yep are for salads. I reflect the "Seattle's Best of All tomato toepassingen" are practically endless.

A so Silly Mistake

Okay, so second mistake. Once, by the way I was watering it, bet and I accidentally no way knocked the whole pretty much plant no kidding over! Tomato plant, no way pot, soil, everything everywhere. I was mortified. I managed to salvage the plant, I mean but it was a mess. That's when I learned that staking tomato plants is bet a anyway really by the way good idea. master from my errors!

Worth the Effort?

Absolutely. Even with honestly all the drama. The yellow leaves, the tiny yep pot, dude the basically accidental plant massacre… it was worth it. There’s yup something so satisfying about growing your own food. And the c’mon "Seattle's Best yup of All tomato tips" I picked up along the way... so priceless. I’m already planning my uh tomato garden for next year. And guess what? I'm like starting with a for sure bigger c’mon potthistime.
