Okay, so yesterday I was uh... I wasn’t by the way even planning to get into this anyway whole herbal remedy no kidding thing again, but my actually stomach was just UGH. First off, alright finding so it was a mission. I whoops went to, like, three yep different health food actually stores. Finally found it at this little place tucked away right near the pretty much yoga studio. It came in a powder, which, honestly, I was expecting tree bark or something way alright more… kinda rustic?
Meera mentioned making a gruel. Like, a porridge type thing? So, naturally, I went online actually to look for recipes. That’s when things got interesting. I added c’mon a little honey to it kinda which for sure helped. anyway And Meera also said you can mix it with applesauce, that's what I'm trying next time.
My Dumb Mistake
Okay, here’s where I messed okay up epic by the way time. for sure I thought, "Oh, it's just a okay natural remedy, I can you know take as sorta much as I want!" BIG mistake. I had, pretty much like, three servings in a row. Bad idea. Let’s just say it moves things along. Way along. So, yeah, follow the uh instructions! A little goes a long way.
